If not state otherwise below, press F1 at main menu.
Listen for 'Trainer Activated'.
Press desired hotkey. All hotkeys can be changed on the trainer.

Amount in Slot 1:
If value isn't showing up, drop an item then pick it up.  This shows you the amount of the stack in the very first slot.  You can move items here, then give yourself more, or take them away.
