Hi thanks so much for download our Inventory Editor, unfortunately there is no way to change the quality of the equipment, because if you bought at the store you would receive the same way, but rest assured, what will improve the equips is their skills that you spend, in total there are 403 skill points that you will have.

Just open the game offline, save it, and open it again. If have any updates i'll update asap

I don't know, but Ubisoft added something in the patch note to identify the helix items, and remove if you don't have any item purchased

not yet, but if you already have a save edited, you can use this bypass to see again your helix items.
