If not state otherwise below, press F1 at main menu.
Listen for 'Trainer Activated'.
Press desired hotkey. All hotkeys can be changed on the trainer.

     NumPad2: Unlimited Health
     NumPad3: No Needs
     NumPad4: Unlimited Morale

# Jump 
     NumPad5: Easy Jump Light
     NumPad6: Easy Target For Jump

# Cheats 
     NumPad7: Developer Mode
     NumPad8: Fast Construction

# Enemy Occupation 
     NumPad9: Freeze Zutopan Advance
     Multiply: Reverse Zutopan Advance
     Add: Reset Occupation

# Gameplay 
     Subtract: Game Speed

Notes

Easy Jump Light:
You have plenty of fuel to Jump.

Easy Target For Jump:
Out of range and non intel areas can still be targeted.

Developer Mode:
Toggle on and this powerful option does many things, uncluding allowing the Instant Construction option below.  Note that while on, you can click items and health them and also add resources.  This may also make it so enemies don't damage your ship in some cases.

Fast Construction:
Make sure Developer Mode is on.

Reverse Zutopan Advance:
You can reverse the direction of the occupation.

Reset Occupation:
You can reset all the way back to be able to jump to targets that were previously occupied (except Pliedes).
